As a smart creator, you’re always looking for ways to be more efficient in your business…
But how much of your day is spent doing things that you shouldn’t be doing?
You’ve explored ways to leverage AI and automate tasks with Zapier, but while they save you some time, you’re still the bottleneck in your business.
You have to put in a lot of effort to get any results, and whenever you stop working hard, your business slows down.
Without realizing it, you’ve taken a “hand pump” approach to business: you only get results when you put in effort. And you face the same level of difficulty over time without it ever getting easier.
You’ve heard about the “flywheel” concept where things get easier over time and produce more results with less effort.
But you’re not sure where to start, and there’s no clear way out of the overwhelm.
When’s the last time you took a vacation? And I mean a guilt-free vacation?
Stepping away from the business feels scary, because without flywheels, you only get results when you put in effort. When you’re gone, the business suffers.
You’re so used to working IN your business instead of ON in, you can’t imagine things being any other way.
You manage to find pockets of focused time here and there, but too often, your attention goes toward putting out fires.
And it doesn’t seem to be getting better. You put out one fire only for another to pop up the next day.
With your business being reliant on your energy, you’re starting to worry about what will happen when you don’t have any more to give.
Most weeks, you’re putting in overtime. Yet, it hardly seems to move the needle.
The results you’re getting are directly tied to the effort you’re putting in, which means you don’t really have a business so much as a job. You survive another day and wake up to do it all over again.
You feel guilty taking a break, or stepping away from work, because when you stop working, the business stops working.
On the outside, you have a respectable following, and a functioning business. You’ve been interviewed on podcasts, and you have all of the appearances of success, but you’re not enjoying the process anymore.
Your business isn’t growing like it used to.
You’ve been making more or less the same amount of money for the past two, three, or even four years. Or at least not growing at the rate you feel like you should be.
You feel like it should be getting easier by now.
Think back to the dream you had. When you first set out to run your own business, what was it you wanted?
Freedom! Yet, today you feel stuck. And it’s not entirely clear how you got here.
No one would know it from the outside. Everything looks stable enough, but behind the scenes, you’re singlehandedly holding everything together.
In the early days, business used to be fun. It felt like a game you got to play. You couldn’t wait to wake up the next morning.
But now, you no longer enjoy the day to day. What was once a passion is now something you associate with dread, overwhelm, and exhaustion.
Which is a real shame, because business doesn’t have to be this way. It shouldn't be this way.
You know you’re supposed to be the visionary, but you’re constantly pulled into doing things that are urgent yet unimportant.
You face the same problems month after month. Growth is flat, and you’re not exactly sure what to focus on or where to start.
Flywheels sound promising, but while you understand the basic concept, you’re finding that there’s more to it than arranging linear steps in a circle.
There are a lot of nuances and places to get stuck.
The inner workings of your business tend to get messier and more overwhelming with time.
Inboxes fill up, todo lists overflow, Slack notifications are out of control, and at this point, you’ve resorted to using sticky notes to get anything done.
Every month, you set aside an entire weekend to clear out the various inboxes and todo items. But then the cycle repeats a week or two later, and you feel like you’re drowning.
Always reacting. Constantly bouncing from one activity to the next.
Doing whatever thing pops into your mind or your inbox.
You’re running around spending a bunch of energy writing emails, making social media posts, and doing some work on a new product—but you don’t have much to show for it. Nothing is compounding. Things aren’t getting easier, and you have less leverage than you did before.
You know it’s because you don’t have good systems in place, but where do you even start?
You’re guessing and hoping instead of engineering.
Your time is freeing up. Your calendar has more empty space than filled. You have breathing room. Your anxiety is decreasing.
You’ve removed yourself as the bottleneck and you have time to focus on growing the business.
Longevity is something you get to think about, and the future looks brighter because you can see yourself doing this for a long time.
Instead of trading water, you have a sense of calm. Your stress is lower, because you’re no longer heading toward burnout.
You’re seeing more results with less effort, and you’re on the path to achieving what you know you’re capable of.
Wealth, enjoyment, and impact become your north star. You can actually think about giving back in a substantial way.

You have flywheels in place that are producing compound results on each rotation.
Instead of a “hand-pump”, you now have systems that require less effort over time making it:
Your reputation increases, you have more opportunities, and all of this comes with working less and having more time.
There are 3 ways of doing things in your business:
If you’re currently doing things in a scattered way, your goal is to get to linear. This is where most professional creators are at. But it’s not the end goal.
Linear processes produce the SAME result with the SAME effort. Flat growth.
Where you really want to be is operating with flywheels. That’s when you produce GREATER results with LESS effort. Exponential growth.
This is where you create leverage, which is a beautiful thing.
It’s not enough to take random, disparate tasks and stack them next to each other.
To function as an effective flywheel, each task needs to flow smoothly into the next.
Unlike a linear process, the end of the flywheel smoothly connects back to the beginning.
Once the flywheel completes a rotation, the next rotation should be even easier.
An ideal flywheel builds momentum and propels itself forward, spinning more easily each time.
The reason it spins more easily is because, process improves, reputation strengthens, and your team or automations handle more tasks for you.
In addition to each rotation becoming easier, each rotation should produce more results than the previous rotation.
Each rotation produces more because:
Audience size grows, influence increases, revenue grows, and more can be reinvested.

As the CEO of Kit, I get a front-row seat to what’s working in the most successful creator businesses.
The most successful creators I’ve seen use flywheels to get 10X the results.
I knew that if we were going to help you unlock real growth in your business, I had to teach flywheels.
But I found that teaching you the principles, and giving you the resources and worksheets, often isn’t enough to make sure you get results.
Even if you’re someone who is intrinsically motivated, putting yourself in an environment where you’re set up to succeed is just smart. Why not make it easy on yourself?
For many people, their first flywheel will often free up 5–10 hours per week. That’s only the beginning (results compound further from there), but let’s just consider your first flywheel:
What would it be worth to regain 25% of your time?
How much money do you personally take home each month? What is 25% of your monthly salary?
Imagine what you could do with the extra resources.
This is what really excites me. We’re talking about making business fun again. That’s why I’m so passionate about flywheels. Not only are we helping you avoid the pain of burnout, but on top of that, you’ll regain the enthusiasm you once had that made business feel like a game.
I want that for you, and I want to personally help you get there.

This is where the rubber meets the road and you’re able to see tangible, real-world examples of flywheels in action. These are systems with unique goals for businesses in a variety of different industries.
You’ll get ideas and insight into the thinking that goes behind how these flywheels are built and the outcomes they’re designed to achieve.
When a guest joins me in person to record an episode of The Nathan Barry Show, I’ll often have them stick around after the podcast is over to dive into one of their flywheels.
We get up on the board and map it out and share the exclusive segment with Creator Flywheels members. These are like bonus podcast episodes with an emphasis on showing you how to put the concepts from the course into practice.
Join a community of professional creators working together to build their flywheels.
Through my work the past couple years refining this material, I've learned that iteration, feedback, and coaching are key to making sure you get results from your flywheels.
This is not a hands-off thing for me. This isn’t some Facebook group where the course creator is nowhere to be seen and the blind are leading the blind.
You get access to my concierge flywheel team who will help you with your flywheels and answer any questions you have. There are regular flywheel prompts inside the community to keep you on track and make sure you stay accountable.
Get actionable feedback on your flywheels from other members, my team, and me.
You won’t get left behind.
Unless you’re a guest on my podcast, there’s no way for you to hire me to coach you on your business.
Enrolling in the Creator Flywheels course and joining our group coaching program is the only way to get my time.
Twice a month, I’m hosting 90-minute coaching calls with Creator Flywheels members.
These calls are scheduled, so you can show up if you’re able or watch the recording after the fact. In these group coaching calls, I present on flywheels, answer your questions live, and also bring in other top creators as guest presenters.
The reason I’m including access to me and my personal time with this program is because I am very passionate about flywheels. They align with our mission at Kit, which is:
We exist to help you build a more valuable business.
If you want to get 10X the results, you need to understand and implement flywheels in your business.
The coaching helps you make sure you have clarity on what to do, but I also get the opportunity to learn a lot from working directly with you and gaining insights that help me make Kit even better for creators.

This program is for you if…
You don’t expect instant results
You’re a creator making at least $150k/yr
You’re willing to ask questions and implement feedback
You want coaching with me and insight on setting up your flywheels
You understand it takes time and iteration to get flywheels right but that the results are worth it
That’s a great question. The surface-level answer may very well seem to be no.
But the more important questions might be: is this important enough for you to make the time?
Because if you think about it, continuing to do the same thing is going to get you the same results. If burnout is in your future, you have to decide whether or not it’s worth setting different priorities.
In that sense, if you want to avoid burnout, you can’t afford not to set up flywheels.
I know many business owners who run a solo operation without a team. Having a team is not a requirement for building flywheels.
If you do want to build a team, having flywheels in place before hiring is ideal because then you can delegate the operation of those flywheels to your new hires.
But having a team is not a prerequisite for joining.
The answer is obvious to me because I understand the power of flywheels.
But the simplest way to address the question would be to think about your first flywheel:
For many people, their first flywheel will often free up 5–10 hours per week. That’s only the beginning (results compound further from there), but let’s just consider your first flywheel:
What would it be worth to regain 25% of your time?
How much money do you personally take home each month? What is 25% of your monthly salary?
Imagine what you could do with the extra resources.
Creator Flywheels have the potential to completely transform the way you run your business and the amount of freedom you get to experience. But it requires committing yourself to the process of setting up a working flywheel—and that’s not something that happens immediately.
As you’ll learn in the course, this is an iterative process. I don’t think I’ve come across a flywheel, or built one myself, that hasn’t required tweaks and adjustments along the way. It takes time to get right, but the results are incredibly worth it.
Every package I’m launching includes coaching time and access to my concierge flywheel team. So even if you struggle to implement yourself, the only way flywheels won’t work is if you don’t commit to asking for help, seeking feedback, or showing up to the coaching calls.
We are committed to providing exceptional value with the Creator Flywheels program. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, simply reach out to our support team with your feedback, and we will process a full refund, no questions asked.
